If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds can be requested and processed.

Returns

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team at aaron@pristinepackaging.co.uk or call us at (123) 456-7890. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item, including all original packaging materials, and send it to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to include the RMA number inside the package.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), Pristine Packaging will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at aaron@pristinepackaging.co.uk with details of the defect or damage and your order number.
